EquipmentHub India is a digital B2B marketplace that facilitates connections between equipment owners, equipment suppliers, OEMs, dealers, industrial suppliers, workforce providers, inspection agencies, contractors, EPC companies, industries, and customers across India. By using this website, users agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Marketplace Nature
EquipmentHub India operates as a marketplace and business facilitation platform. EquipmentHub India facilitates business interactions between registered participants.
3. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and have the authority to enter business transactions. EquipmentHub India reserves the right to suspend or remove any account found providing false information.
4. Registration
Users may register as: Equipment Supplier · Equipment Buyer · Equipment Seller · OEM Dealer · Workforce Provider · Workforce Employer · Inspection Partner · Inspection Customer · Spare Supplier · Industrial Supplier. Registration may be completed by Self Registration or Admin Assisted Registration.
5. Lead Protection Policy
All leads generated through EquipmentHub India are platform-generated opportunities. Users agree not to intentionally bypass EquipmentHub India in respect of introductions, supplier connections or marketplace-generated opportunities. EquipmentHub India reserves the right to charge applicable service fees and commissions.
6. Contact Information Protection
Supplier, dealer, operator and partner contact details may remain hidden from public users. EquipmentHub India may manage communication between parties until appropriate approval stages are reached.
7. Equipment Listings
Suppliers are responsible for equipment descriptions, pricing accuracy, equipment availability, equipment photographs and compliance documentation. EquipmentHub India is not responsible for inaccuracies submitted by users.
8. Workforce Marketplace
Workforce registrations are subject to verification. Employment decisions remain solely between employers and candidates. EquipmentHub India does not guarantee employment or job placement.
9. Inspection & Certification Services
Inspection services are provided by independent inspection partners. EquipmentHub India acts only as a facilitator and shall not be responsible for inspection findings, reports, certifications or technical decisions.
10. Payments & Fees
EquipmentHub India may charge Membership Fees, Placement Fees, Inspection Service Fees, Lead Fees, Dealer Membership Fees, Featured Listing Fees and Commission on Facilitated Transactions. Fees are subject to revision without prior notice.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design elements, logos, software, databases and marketplace information belong to EquipmentHub India unless stated otherwise. Unauthorised copying or reproduction is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
EquipmentHub India shall not be liable for business losses, project delays, equipment failures, workforce performance issues, inspection outcomes or indirect and consequential damages. Users conduct transactions at their own discretion and risk.
13. Termination
EquipmentHub India reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any account violating these terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
